💼 About This Role

You'll join a tight-knit team building agentic AI systems deployed into security-conscious enterprises. You'll own customer missions end-to-end, designing and shipping high-reliability systems that move real metrics. This role offers direct exposure to frontier AI R&D and the most valuable problems on the planet.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the mission end-to-end as the technical owner in the field
• Partner directly with operators and executives to scope impactful work
• Build with research in the loop, feeding signals back to models
• Convert successful deployments into reusable playbooks and products

📋 Requirements

• US clearance required
• Strong software engineering skills in building backend services and distributed systems
• Experience with agentic/LLM systems including multi-agent setups and evals
• Proficiency in cloud and ops tools like Kubernetes, Docker, and observability

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with fine-tuning or RL for language models
• Familiarity with enterprise security and data governance
• Knowledge of evaluation and experimentation frameworks
