You'll own the global HubSpot infrastructure for Clara's Customer Success team, designing data systems that support growth across Latin America. You'll architect strategic analytics and automate workflows to eliminate friction in the customer journey. This role is part of an AI-native team driving retention and expansion at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own global HubSpot CRM administration and data hygiene
  • Design and maintain global dashboards in HubSpot and Metabase
  • Lead technical setup for customer-facing campaigns worldwide
  • Serve as global point of contact for CS operational inquiries
  • Automate manual bottlenecks using n8n or AI-driven logic

  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales Ops or Data Analytics
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM workflow automation
  • Exceptional proficiency in Google Sheets (advanced formulas)
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools for automation
