You'll act as the architectural backbone and technical visionary for the backend engineering team, writing mission-critical code and guiding a team through complex technical challenges. You'll drive GCP best practices and system scalability while mentoring junior engineers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design of high-performance backend systems using Python and FastAPI
• Drive GCP adoption and enforce security best practices
• Mentor junior engineers and oversee code reviews
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of software development experience with Python
• Mastery of FastAPI or Flask for building RESTful APIs
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Expert-level knowledge of unit and integration testing

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Experience with Terraform or Pulumi
• Deep knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
