You'll own quality across our AI agent platform and run a distributed testing team. You'll define release readiness, build test strategies from scratch, and keep quality high as the team scales.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define test plans and acceptance criteria for new features
• Validate AI agent conversations for accuracy and edge cases
• Own QA gate for releases and coordinate test cycles
• Manage distributed QA team across SF and offshore locations

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of QA experience
• Test planning expertise with edge-case thinking
• Experience testing conversational AI or voice systems
• Managed distributed QA teams across time zones
