You'll manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, building long-term relationships and driving growth. Your core impact is ensuring key accounts stay and grow with Alan by identifying needs, resolving issues, and proactively cross-selling and upselling. This role stands out for its ownership and collaboration with product and sales teams.

  • Handle a portfolio of strategic accounts and flagship companies
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships with key stakeholders
  • Identify dissatisfaction signals and implement solutions
  • Analyze consumption reports and present business reviews
  • Execute cross-selling and upselling initiatives

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • At least 5 years in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent track record of over-performance
  • Experience with companies of more than 150 employees
  • Fluency in Dutch and English

  • Fluency in French
  • Previous experience in Insurance or benefits industry
