You'll manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, building long-term relationships and driving growth. Your core impact is ensuring key accounts stay and grow with Alan by identifying needs, resolving issues, and proactively cross-selling and upselling. This role stands out for its ownership and collaboration with product and sales teams.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Handle a portfolio of strategic accounts and flagship companies
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with key stakeholders
- Identify dissatisfaction signals and implement solutions
- Analyze consumption reports and present business reviews
- Execute cross-selling and upselling initiatives
๐ Requirements
- At least 5 years in a customer-facing role
- Excellent track record of over-performance
- Experience with companies of more than 150 employees
- Fluency in Dutch and English

- Fluency in French
- Previous experience in Insurance or benefits industry
