You'll partner with the sales team to design customized solutions using incident.io's platform, acting as the bridge between product and customer needs. You'll shape the SE function as a founding member of a fast-growing team.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Partner with sales to design customized solutions using incident.io
  • Build deep product knowledge and stay current with industry trends
  • Identify gaps in sales process to speed up cycles and create collateral
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape the product roadmap

📋 Requirements

  • Proven track record in technical pre-sales or solutions engineering in B2B SaaS
  • Strong technical aptitude with curiosity to understand how things work
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex topics to varied audiences
  • Proactive and ingenious in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment

  • Experience with incident management, DevOps, or SRE practices
  • Experience as a founding member of an SE team
