Description

In this role, you will lead the expansion and optimization of SoFi's Loan Platform Business and Private Credit transactions. You will act as the central connection point between institutional investors and internal teams, driving investor engagement, coordinating loan sale execution, and aligning program economics with financial and strategic objectives to scale the platform.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in capital markets and structured finance
• BS/BA in business, finance, accounting, economics or similar field
• Advanced capital markets modeling expertise with deep understanding of securitization structures
• Strong ability to read and interpret financial contracts and transactional documents
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google suites (Excel, PowerPoint, Sheets)

Responsibilities

• Cultivate high-level institutional partnerships with investors across Loan Platform Business and Private Credit programs
• Lead investor education, diligence processes, and preparation of marketing materials and transaction summaries
• Lead complex negotiations and finalize deal structures aligned with capital strategy
• Partner with Transaction Execution team to plan and manage quarterly loan sale schedules
• Design and implement scalable frameworks to improve platform-wide efficiency and investor support
