Requirements

• 5+ years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience
• Proven success sourcing high-caliber Sr. Software Engineers in high-growth startups
• Strategic thinking about talent pipelines, not just outbound sourcing
• Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Excellent communication and stakeholder partnership skills

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for software engineering roles
• Proactively identify, engage, and nurture passive candidates to build diverse pipelines
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to develop tailored sourcing strategies
• Conduct candidate screens evaluating technical capabilities and mission alignment
• Use market insights and talent mapping to inform hiring strategy
