💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the CEO's second-in-command at Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts, leading operational strategy across clinical, IT, and administrative functions. You'll drive efficiency and scalability through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies while ensuring compliance and patient-centered care.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate strategic goals into operational execution across clinical, IT, and admin functions.
• Oversee revenue cycle, facilities, security, and process improvement initiatives.
• Partner with CMO to optimize health center operations and patient experience.
• Lead compliance, risk management, and accreditation programs.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of executive leadership in multi-site healthcare operations.
• MBA required; healthcare administration experience preferred.
• Expertise in IT systems, revenue cycle, and compliance.
• Experience as second-in-command reporting to a CEO.

✨ Nice to Have

• Lean, Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt).
• EPIC EMR experience.
• Process improvement methodology expertise.
