๐ผ About This Role
You'll drive growth across a portfolio of mid-market customer accounts at Showpad, owning the full customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal. Your core impact will be identifying and closing upsell and expansion opportunities while building strong customer relationships.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets across commercial accounts
- Identify and execute upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities
- Manage pipeline through proactive outreach and relationship building
- Develop and maintain account plans for key customers
๐ Requirements
- 2โ4 years of SaaS sales or account management experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience engaging mid-level stakeholders (Directors, VPs)
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with enterprise sales methodologies
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
