Description

You will build and sustain strong relationships with Engineering, Technical Operations, and Technology partners. You will design, build, secure, and automate infrastructure deployment processes for our Federal Data Platform, using cutting-edge technology in a high-security, high-compliance environment. Your work ensures reliable pipelines, scalable data platforms, and trustworthy data that powers decision-making across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years automating and deploying large-scale production services in AWS with Docker, ECS, EKS
• Strong proficiency in CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD, or GitLab
• Strong experience in AWS network engineering and IaC with Terraform or CloudFormation
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Python, Go, or similar backend languages
• Experience with system hardening, STIGs, and vulnerability management tools (e.g., Nessus, Qualys, Trivy)

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain core infrastructure for Federal Data Platform using Python, Go, and AWS
• Partner with data engineers to design and implement secure, automated CI/CD pipelines
• Strengthen software delivery processes by enhancing pipeline automation and configuration management
• Investigate and remediate operational findings within regulated environments
• Ensure adherence to federal compliance standards (e.g., FedRAMP, STIGs) and manage vulnerability lifecycle
