• Prepare and maintain participant screening and training activities
• Enter and update study information into database systems
• Collect and organize panelist paperwork and documentation

📋 Requirements

• Associate's degree in related field preferred
• One year customer service experience
• Experience managing multiple priorities
• General knowledge of Microsoft Windows based applications
