You will remotely triage after-hours calls, manage after-hour admissions and clinical concerns, and coordinate emergency issues for multiple offices. This role is crucial for ensuring high-quality care continuity outside business hours.

Requirements

• Compact RN License for Florida
• Home care experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work specified hours (5pm-8:30am weekdays, full days weekends)
• Strong customer service and critical thinking skills
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
