You'll answer technical support requests via email, chat, and phone, helping guide customers through setup and collaborating with engineers on complex issues. Your work will directly improve customer experience and product quality at a leader in Contact Center as a Service. You'll act as a key liaison between engineering, customer success, and sales, driving impactful solutions.

  • Answer technical support requests via email, chat, and phone.
  • Guide customers through the setup process.
  • Collaborate with engineering on complex issues.
  • Identify, document, and track product bugs and features.
  • Update knowledge base and troubleshooting documentation.

  • Fluent in English
  • Previous experience in a client-facing technical role
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Willing to work flexible hours

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Fluency in German, French, Dutch, or Spanish
  • Degree in a technical subject
  • Experience with Salesforce as admin or developer
