You will drive successful implementations of Pave's compensation platform for HR and Finance leaders, managing 30-40 customers and ensuring strong adoption and long-term relationships. Working with cross-functional teams, you'll become a trusted compensation expert and strategic advisor.

Requirements

  • 3-10 years customer-facing CSE, TAM, or Implementation Manager at B2B SaaS
  • Deep experience with JSON, HTML, SQL, and API integrations
  • Meticulous project manager with proven execution skills
  • Creative problem solver focused on customer outcomes
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a startup environment

Responsibilities

  • Drive customer implementations of compensation software
  • Own end-to-end project management for customer onboarding
  • Become trusted compensation expert and strategic advisor to customers
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams
  • Execute technical needs like integrations, data migration, and configurations
