You will drive successful implementations of Pave's compensation platform for HR and Finance leaders, managing 30-40 customers and ensuring strong adoption and long-term relationships. Working with cross-functional teams, you'll become a trusted compensation expert and strategic advisor.
Requirements
- 3-10 years customer-facing CSE, TAM, or Implementation Manager at B2B SaaS
- Deep experience with JSON, HTML, SQL, and API integrations
- Meticulous project manager with proven execution skills
- Creative problem solver focused on customer outcomes
- Comfortable working autonomously in a startup environment
Responsibilities
- Drive customer implementations of compensation software
- Own end-to-end project management for customer onboarding
- Become trusted compensation expert and strategic advisor to customers
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams
- Execute technical needs like integrations, data migration, and configurations
