You'll drive aggressive agency growth through targeted prospecting and sales consultations at the Morgan Raleigh Agency, a proud partner of Farmers Insurance. Your efforts will directly contribute to building a loyal client base and surpassing individual and team sales targets. This role offers a clear path to agency ownership and leadership.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Prospect and convert leads into clients through sales consultations.
- Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance.
- Build client relationships to maximize retention and referrals.
- Master CRM tools for pipeline and relationship management.
๐ Requirements
- 1+ year in sales, customer service, or insurance.
- Exceptional communication and sales negotiation skills.
- Confidence in cold outreach, prospecting, and closing.
- Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred.
