You'll drive aggressive agency growth through targeted prospecting and sales consultations at the Morgan Raleigh Agency, a proud partner of Farmers Insurance. Your efforts will directly contribute to building a loyal client base and surpassing individual and team sales targets. This role offers a clear path to agency ownership and leadership.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Prospect and convert leads into clients through sales consultations.
  • Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance.
  • Build client relationships to maximize retention and referrals.
  • Master CRM tools for pipeline and relationship management.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1+ year in sales, customer service, or insurance.
  • Exceptional communication and sales negotiation skills.
  • Confidence in cold outreach, prospecting, and closing.
  • Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred.

  • Bilingual skills
