🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide individual therapy to adults, children, and adolescents
• Deliver evidence-based behavioral healthcare in person and via telemedicine
• Maintain clinical documentation and treatment plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team on patient care

📋 Requirements

• LCSW license in Kentucky
• Experience working with adults, children & adolescents, or across the lifespan
• Reside within commutable distance to Georgetown, KY clinic
• Master's degree in social work from accredited program

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with CBT, DBT, or other evidence-based modalities
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Prior experience in outpatient mental health setting
