You'll lead a toddler classroom at a licensed daycare center in Wakefield, MA, fostering social and emotional development through engaging activities. You'll collaborate with families to help children meet developmental milestones in a supportive environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a toddler classroom in a licensed daycare/preschool setting
• Support social, emotional, and developmental milestones
• Create engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
• Maintain a safe, clean, and structured childcare environment

📋 Requirements

• Massachusetts EEC Teacher certification (Infant/Toddler preferred)
• Experience in daycare, preschool, childcare, or as a paraprofessional
• Passion for early childhood education
• Strong classroom management skills for active toddlers

✨ Nice to Have

• EEC Infant Toddler Certification, CDA, or equivalent degree and experience
• Daycare experience in a center-based or private school setting
