🎯 What You'll Do

• Accountable for foundry operations across multiple shifts
• Establish organizational structure and recruit technicians
• Set shift cadence for safety, quality, delivery, cost metrics
• Own onboarding and training programs for operators

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years experience in manufacturing engineering in aerospace or commercial
• 2+ years directly managing non-exempt manufacturing personnel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven track record of inspiring operators and driving complex initiatives
