Description

You will shape how Rula shows up in the health system and provider network spaces, opening doors at major health systems and large physician groups to design referral partnerships that expand access to mental health care.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of related professional experience in enterprise sales within the healthcare / healthtech industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a consultative selling environment.
  • Strong knowledge of health systems, their organizational structures, and purchasing processes.
  • Excellent sales communication, presentation, technology, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Responsibilities

  • Open doors at major health systems and large physician groups struggling to meet patients' mental health needs.
  • Design referral partnerships that work effectively.
  • Build relationships with clinical leadership and understand their operational challenges.
