You'll serve as the primary post-onboarding contact for enterprise clients, ensuring they achieve long-term value from our AI-powered quality platform. You'll drive adoption, identify expansion opportunities, and partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver a seamless customer experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary customer contact post-onboarding
• Deliver program updates and operational check-ins
• Monitor account health and platform usage
• Support customer issue resolution and follow-ups
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in customer success or solutions
• Data fluency to interpret operational data and generate insights
• Ability to drive projects in a structured delivery environment
• Strong communication skills for leading customer conversations

• Background in consulting or analytics
