As a Stylist at Mejuri, you will deliver a personalized, luxury shopping experience by guiding customers to discover fine jewelry that expresses their personal style. You'll drive sales, conversion, and customer satisfaction through expert product knowledge and authentic connections.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and uphold Mejuri's Steps of Selling to ensure exceptional customer experience
• Promote services like piercing, engraving, and achieve KPIs (OPH, SPH, NPS)
• Support order fulfillment (in-store, phone, BOPIS) and maintain back-of-house organization
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, fixture integrity, and cleanliness
• Flag inefficiencies and escalate issues to store leadership
