Description

You will provide high-quality tele-therapy to Headspace patients over a HIPAA-compliant video platform. You'll work as part of a multidisciplinary team and handle clinical documentation within 48 hours, with session rates ranging from $73-$78 per session depending on experience and location.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in clinical psychotherapy
• Independent clinical license (Master's or Doctoral) in good standing
• BC-TMH credential if required by state
• Competence in evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, ACT, Mindfulness)
• Experience with risk management and culturally responsive care

Responsibilities

• Provide tele-therapy sessions (intake 60 min, follow-up 45 min)
• Complete and lock clinical notes in EMR within 48 hours
• Maintain licensure records and availability calendar
• Collaborate with care team (health coaches, psychiatrists, etc.)
• Offer at least 10 sessions per week
