Description

Lead field operations for challenging commercial, industrial, mission-critical, and water/wastewater treatment projects in the Southwest. You will drive safety and quality, develop foremen, and coordinate schedules and work plans.

Responsibilities

• Emphasize a culture of exceptional safety and best-in-class quality
• Support and develop foremen and craft
• Guide field engineer on survey and layout needs
• Assist project superintendent with schedule development and maintenance
• Prepare work plans for critical work and facilitate detailed reviews
