You'll partner with the CEO to shape organizational strategy and drive Backstory into an AI-native company. You will lead the HRBP function, design org structures, and evolve total rewards programs. This role is for a People leader who thinks like a business builder.

• Evolve total rewards philosophy across compensation and equity.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of People leadership in venture-backed high-growth tech.
• Strong org design experience connecting structure to business outcomes.
• Deep HRBP experience supporting executive leaders and GTM orgs.
• Experience designing or evolving total rewards frameworks.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in AI-native or enterprise SaaS environments.
• Experience supporting go-to-market transformation.
• Working closely with CEOs and Boards on organizational strategy.
