You'll serve as an onsite CHRO and consultant for colleges and universities, leading HR transformation initiatives. You'll design and implement HR strategies that align with institutional goals while partnering with senior leadership to drive change and accountability. This role offers the chance to balance high-level consulting with day-to-day HR operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as both interim CHRO and strategic consultant for higher education clients
• Lead HR transformation initiatives to improve service delivery and compliance
• Design and implement HR strategies aligned with institutional goals
• Partner with senior leadership to drive change and accountability

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership in higher education
• At least 5 years as head of HR in a higher education institution
• Proven record of transforming HR services in higher education
• Strong knowledge of HCM, ATS, payroll/benefits systems

• Master's degree in HR or related field
• SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification
