You'll join the Compass team overseeing real estate transactions from listing to close. Your core impact will be processing commission payments and ensuring compliance with brokerage and legal requirements. You'll collaborate with agents and cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless transaction experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process commission payments and track referral payments and deductions.
• Navigate company systems to validate compliance and commission records.
• Provide agent support on commission payouts, calculations, and compliance.
• Handle document tracking for real estate transactions ensuring compliance.

📋 Requirements

• DC, MD, or VA Real Estate License required.
• 5+ years of real estate activity in this market.
• Strong knowledge of real estate laws in DC, MD, VA, NC.
• In-depth knowledge of Real Estate Transaction Coordination and Compliance.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with standard real estate forms used in the market.
• B.A. or B.S. degree preferred.
