You'll lead Ukrainian payroll operations for a global HR platform, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Your core impact will be improving payroll scalability through automation and cross-functional collaboration. This role stands out for its focus on innovative AI-enabled tools.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process end-to-end payroll for Ukraine accurately and on time.
• Validate payroll inputs, calculations, and post-payroll processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external payroll partners.
• Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies and compliance issues.

📋 Requirements

• Meaningful mid-senior experience in Ukrainian payroll operations.
• Hands-on responsibility for end-to-end payroll processing in Ukraine.
• Strong understanding of payroll controls and statutory reporting.
• Proficient in payroll tools and data analysis.

• Experience in multi-country payroll environments.
• Strong fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
