💼 About This Role

You'll coordinate daily camp operations and teach STEM activities to children ages 3-12 at a premier NYC STEM camp. You'll support the Site Director in coaching teachers and ensuring a safe, fun environment. This role offers leadership development and comprehensive STEM training with a path to year-round opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead assigned group of campers with engaging STEM activities.
• Coach and train teachers on activity purpose and safety protocols.
• Build positive relationships with campers and their families.
• Oversee materials, facilities, and schedules for smooth operations.

📋 Requirements

• Leadership experience guiding a team
• 3+ years teaching children ages 3-12
• Experience cultivating family relationships in camp or education
• Eagerness to learn new technology and skills
