💼 About This Role

You'll lead the infrastructure of our fulfillment centers and last-mile hubs in Southern Germany. You'll manage launch projects from A to Z, oversee facility management across sites, and lead a team of 3+ Facility Managers. This role offers the chance to drive process optimization and contribute to the supermarket revolution at a fast-growing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage launch projects from A to Z with internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee all facility management aspects of FCs and Hubs in the South.
• Lead, coordinate, and develop a team of 3+ Facility Managers at various sites.
• Negotiate contracts and manage external service providers in compliance.

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in Facility Management, Building Technology, Business Administration or similar.
• 5+ years of full-time professional experience including leadership experience.
• Fluency in German and very good English skills.
• Class B driver's license and willingness to travel within the region.
