Description

You will manage the full accounts payable function for several subsidiaries in a digital and print media business, working onsite 4 days a week. You'll handle high-volume invoice processing, vendor inquiries, reconciliations, and support month-end close, while collaborating with a supportive team to streamline processes.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of full cycle accounts payable experience
• Proficiency in Coupa, NetSuite, and Salesforce
• Strong Excel skills (vLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks under pressure

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process high-volume invoices across multiple brands
• Enter and match invoices with purchase orders in Coupa and NetSuite
• Prepare payment runs including checks, ACH, and wire transfers
• Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Facilitate month-end close for AP transactions and reconcile credit card transactions
