You'll build end-to-end workflows for Rilla's AI sales coaching platform used by over 1,000 customers. You'll ship features across the stack at high velocity, working on systems that capture and index billions of real-world conversations. This role offers rapid ownership growth as the company scales 10x.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build end-to-end features across the full stack
• Take features to production and solve real-world problems
• Raise code quality and decision-making standards
• Iterate quickly with teammates using rapid feedback

📋 Requirements

• Proficiency in JavaScript, C++, Python, Rust, or similar
• Strong engineering prowess, ideally from startups
• Familiarity with storage, data processing, and cloud infrastructure
• Excellent communication and ability to incorporate feedback

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with React, React Native, TypeScript, or Python
• Experience with Node.js, PostgreSQL, or Terraform
• Customer-obsessed mindset with empathy for non-tech users
