Lead a Platform Engineering (DevOps/SRE) team to own cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, driving efficiency, security, and reliability. Collaborate with product teams, establish roadmaps, and embrace modern AI-assisted tooling to accelerate delivery. As Scandit grows, you'll have opportunities to take on additional engineering initiatives.

Requirements

• Structured, pragmatic engineering leader
• Strong in project and program management, stakeholder communication, cross-functional alignment
• Experienced in leading DevOps/SRE or platform teams in a cloud-native environment (AWS, GCP, GitLab or similar)
• At least 3 years of software engineering experience and 5+ years leading teams
• Committed to high-quality engineering practices and a people-first leadership style

• Lead, mentor, and grow your team
• Own operation and continuous improvement of cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines
• Drive cross-team initiatives in security and compliance
• Establish roadmaps, milestones, and progress reporting (e.g. OKRs)
• Proactively collaborate with product and engineering teams to align priorities
