πΌ About This Role
You'll manage routine customer account tasks and support global clients in adopting new features. You'll ensure customers are maximizing their use of Planful's solutions by managing user accounts and leading training sessions. This role requires strong English communication skills for engaging regularly with a global customer base.
π― What You'll Do
- Nurture long-term relationships with global customers as a trusted advisor
- Provide outstanding service to maximize value and reduce churn
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Develop customer-specific understanding to provide proactive insights
- Use data analytics to track engagement and drive product adoption
π Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting with global clients
- Strong background in financial planning and analysis, accounting, or related field
- Ability to understand and communicate complex FP&A software solutions
- Proven ability to work with international customers across North America and EMEA

- MBA or relevant certifications (CPA, CFA)
- Experience in SaaS environments
