As a Home Health Aide with BAYADA, you will provide compassionate one-on-one care to clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities while receiving flexible scheduling and team support.

Requirements

• Minimum one year hands-on personal care experience
• Pass a background check
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client homes
• Passion for caregiving and helping others
• Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
• Support clients one-on-one with compassion and reliability
• Travel to clients' homes as assigned
• Maintain commitment to quality care and patient dignity
