You'll own a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market customers, serving as their primary commercial contact. You'll drive renewals, upsells, and expansion while translating performance data into compelling ROI narratives. This is a quota-carrying role working closely with VP and C-level marketing leaders.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own a book of business of enterprise and mid-market customers
- Lead executive-level conversations with VP and C-level marketing leaders
- Manage renewals, upsells, and expansion opportunities
- Translate performance data into compelling ROI narratives
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to drive adoption and health
๐ Requirements
- 1โ2 years of quota-carrying SaaS Account Management or New Business role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience leading strategic conversations with senior executives
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred)
โจ Nice to Have
- MarTech experience strongly preferred
- Experience managing sales cycle end-to-end
