You'll own a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market customers, serving as their primary commercial contact. You'll drive renewals, upsells, and expansion while translating performance data into compelling ROI narratives. This is a quota-carrying role working closely with VP and C-level marketing leaders.

  • Own a book of business of enterprise and mid-market customers
  • Lead executive-level conversations with VP and C-level marketing leaders
  • Manage renewals, upsells, and expansion opportunities
  • Translate performance data into compelling ROI narratives
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to drive adoption and health

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1โ€“2 years of quota-carrying SaaS Account Management or New Business role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience leading strategic conversations with senior executives
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred)

โœจ Nice to Have

  • MarTech experience strongly preferred
  • Experience managing sales cycle end-to-end
