Description

You will partner with senior leaders and C-suite stakeholders across Product and Engineering to align people strategy with business goals, support organizational effectiveness, and drive key people initiatives. You'll coach executives, lead complex employee relations, and contribute to cross-functional programs like performance cycles and talent reviews, helping the organization scale thoughtfully.

Requirements

• 7+ years of HR experience, including strong HRBP experience
• Experience partnering with senior leaders including C-suite in a fast-paced organization
• Experience supporting Product, Engineering, or technical organizations
• Strong employee relations experience and confidence navigating sensitive situations
• Experience with organizational design, change management, and workforce planning

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders and C-suite stakeholders to align people strategy with business goals
• Support leaders across Product and Engineering on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and team performance
• Coach executives, directors, and managers on performance, feedback, engagement, and change leadership
• Lead complex employee relations matters with sound judgment and discretion
• Drive org design, team structure evolution, and workforce planning to support scale and execution
