You'll join Heartbeat Health, a virtual-first cardiovascular care company, to own the IT and cybersecurity functions. You'll ensure smooth, secure operations of corporate technology systems, directly enabling high-quality patient care. This role is essential to maintaining our security posture and empowers clinical staff with reliable tools.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-user support requests via ticketing system, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Handle user provisioning and de-provisioning across all critical systems.
• Conduct quarterly access reviews (QARs) to enforce least privilege.
• Oversee lifecycle management of corporate devices and MDM solutions.
• Partner with business units to develop and implement innovative technology solutions.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant professional experience
• Advanced proficiency in user provisioning/de-provisioning, PC configuration, SaaS app configuration
• Foundational proficiency in security processes like device management, access reviews, MFA
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to switch context quickly
