You'll craft short-form video content for WEBTOON's social channels, scripting and editing to tell compelling stories across genres. Your work will drive audience growth and deepen fan connection to a global entertainment brand known for webcomics and adaptations on Netflix, Prime Video, and Crunchyroll.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Concept, script, and edit short-form video content with strong hooks and cliffhangers.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and art directors to create platform-native, character-driven content.
• Develop series promos, trailers, and explainer content connecting fans to WEBTOON's universe.
• Create expressive animations from comic panels to elevate characters and themes.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years professional experience in creative agency, production company, or in-house entertainment team.
• Proficient in Premiere Pro and After Effects with general knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong copywriting/scripting background with ability to experiment with new styles.
• Portfolio/reel showcasing professional motion design and storytelling work.

• 3D animation skills.
• Experience with character rigging and strong comprehension of animation principles.
• Online presence or portfolio in webcomic, animation, or fandom space.
