💼 About This Role

You'll lead EMEA tax controversy for a global hospitality company, managing audits and litigation across multiple jurisdictions. You'll develop and implement global audit strategy, coordinating with tax authorities worldwide. This role offers exposure to high-profile tax disputes and cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support management of tax audits and litigation across all tax groups.
• Co-lead significant EMEA tax litigation cases and oversee discovery.
• Act as point of contact for EMEA external counsel and regulators.
• Advise on jurisdiction-specific litigation risks and compliance.
• Analyze trade-offs of audit strategies and dispute resolution forums.

📋 Requirements

• Law degree and 10+ years experience in tax audits and litigation.
• Experience leading tax audits and tax litigation.
• Excellent English skills; proficiency in French, Italian, or Spanish preferred.
• Robust understanding of tax litigation processes across key EMEA jurisdictions.
