💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in providing an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll help train new recruits and manage daily operations to meet sales targets. This role combines retail leadership with fandom expertise in a fun environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience and product knowledge.
• Cover the sales floor and step up as leadership when needed.
• Open and close the store, process sales transactions.
• Assist with planogram changes and store merchandising.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for shifts.

✨ Nice to Have

• Passion for music and pop culture.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Experience with BOPIS and curbside pickup.
