Description

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will serve as a technical subject matter expert and champion alongside the Account Executive team, articulating BuildOps' value proposition. You will own pre-sales technical support for enterprise prospects, craft value-based presentations, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure technical alignment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of solutions engineering experience
• 5+ years of construction/service industry experience
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Science
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills
• Proven track record of solving complex problems

Responsibilities

• Own pre-sales technical support for enterprise prospects from initial contact through close
• Craft value-based presentations addressing customer business problems
• Participate in technical demonstrations and coordinate technical resources
• Enable new Account Executives through training and support
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet project milestones
