You'll lead international expansion strategy across Europe, identifying and entering new markets while building the playbook for systematic multi-country rollout. You'll own market strategy, business planning, and cross-functional partnership to drive growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and prioritize next strategic markets using market analysis
• Build repeatable market entry playbook and execute strategies
• Partner with Finance & Corp Dev on acquisition opportunities
• Establish relationships with policy makers and partners

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years leading international expansion in Tech
• Strategic thinking with execution rigor
• Business acumen to build cases and P&L models
• M&A experience evaluating acquisition targets

• Experience with apprenticeship systems in Europe
• Existing network across multiple European markets
• Language skills (German, French, Spanish)
