💼 About This Role

You'll own production reliability and operational excellence for k-ID's privacy-first compliance platform. You'll lead the NOC function, reduce incident frequency and severity, and drive the long-term reliability roadmap. This senior role combines hands-on technical work with operational leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own reliability and operational health of production systems
• Lead NOC function including escalation paths and incident handling
• Serve as senior escalation and incident commander for major incidents
• Design and improve monitoring, alerting, and operational tooling
• Drive root cause analysis and post-incident review practices

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in site reliability or infrastructure engineering
• Strong experience operating production systems in AWS
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized services
• Experience designing incident response programs and on-call operations

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience leading NOC or production operations in high-availability environment
• Startup experience in fast-moving environments
• Proficiency in Go, Python, or TypeScript
