Description

You will perform repairs in plumbing, electrical, and general carpentry, troubleshoot HVAC systems, and provide after-hours emergency service to ensure a great customer experience at our apartment community in Charlotte, NC.

Requirements

• EPA Type II or Universal certification
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl
• Read, write, and speak English

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems
• Work on-call for after-hours emergency service
• Maintain community grounds and buildings
