- Manage and develop a team of Relationship Managers
- Conduct regular 1:1s and team check-ins focused on performance
- Oversee task assignment, account coverage, and lifecycle playbook adherence
- Monitor team performance metrics and drive execution against goals
๐ Requirements
- 3โ6 years in high-volume B2B SaaS or compliance-driven sales
- 1โ2 years managing and coaching teams on activity metrics and performance
- Proficient in Salesforce with strong CRM best practices
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze performance and identify trends
