💼 About This Role

You'll support creator relationship operations and campaign planning for e.l.f. Cosmetics' influencer ecosystem. You'll help manage daily creator programs, build campaign lists, and support high-profile events. This internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, culturally driven beauty brand.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute weekly personalized creator mailer program for 50–75 creators
• Maintain creator database hygiene in CreatorIQ
• Build custom creator lists for 8–12 product launches and brand activations
• Provide on-site support for creator events and activations

📋 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Must be a rising junior or senior at time of internship
• Proficient in deck creation (PowerPoint/Google Slides) and list management tools
• Available for in-office work in Los Angeles at least three days per week

✨ Nice to Have

• Personal experience as a micro or nano creator
• Previous internship in influencer marketing, PR, or social media
• Familiarity with CreatorIQ, AspireIQ, or Tribe
