Description

You will lead large-scale BSS transformation programs for a telecom client, driving end-to-end delivery of complex multi-year initiatives involving system modernization and digital transformation. This role combines deep telecom expertise with strong program leadership to deliver strategic value and operational improvements.

Requirements

• 15+ years in telecom/IT services with 5+ years in program director roles
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale BSS transformation programs
• Deep understanding of BSS landscape and tier-1 telecom operator experience
• Strong knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and hybrid delivery models
• Fluent in French

Responsibilities

• Own and lead end-to-end BSS transformation programs (CRM, Billing, Charging, Order Management, Product Catalog)
• Deliver programs within scope, budget, timeline, and quality targets
• Establish and drive program governance, PMO structures, and reporting frameworks
• Manage multi-vendor, multi-geography delivery teams
• Act as primary executive interface with client stakeholders (CIO, CTO, Business Heads)
