Description

You will lead ad optimization on native Android surfaces, designing data-driven strategies to maximize ad effectiveness and revenue. You'll develop predictive models, design experiments, and analyze user behavior to improve ad relevance and user experience, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.

Requirements

• PhD (preferred) or Master's in CS, Data Science, Statistics, ML or related field
• 6+ years experience in data science/ML with focus on ad tech or UX optimization
• Expertise in ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and Python or Kotlin
• Experience with data processing tools (Spark, Hadoop, Airflow)
• Deep understanding of A/B testing, causal inference, and experimentation methods

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine data-driven ad optimization strategies for native Android
• Design and implement predictive models for ad targeting and bidding
• Lead design and analysis of experiments (A/B tests, multivariate testing)
• Analyze user behavior patterns to optimize ad positioning and relevance
• Mentor junior data scientists and foster collaborative team environment
