You'll develop deep user empathy and product strategy for Metabase, the leading open-source BI tool. You'll drive projects from discovery to delivery, balancing user needs, technical constraints, and UX craftsmanship. Collaborate with a global team to shape a lovable data analytics product.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop deep understanding of user needs through interviews and data analysis.
• Translate user needs into product strategies and actionable product docs.
• Steward project execution, maintaining focus, scope, and momentum.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to deliver high-quality features.

📋 Requirements

• At least 4 years of product management experience making in-house software.
• Strong technical background, preferably in data analysis or engineering.
• Ability to work asynchronously with excellent written communication skills.
• Located in time zones no farther East than UTC+3.

• Experience with data stacks like SQL, databases, or BI tools.
